Name & Description of Peer Support Services Offered:

Our HOPELINE® 24 hr 7 days telephone counselling network offering strategies and choices for the seriously ill and those who care for them.

The service is staffed by highly trained telephone counsellors who have survived or cared for someone with a serious illness.

An online peer support program is currently being developed and is expected to be in operation by late 2009. Watch website for details.

Meeting Times & Venues

Prospective telephone volunteer counselors are invited to complete an online application at www.lifegoeson.org.au and will be contacted with a view to an interview, or call 03 8629 1125 and request an application form.
