Name & Description of Peer Support Services Offered:

Caring Together is a carer peer mentoring program. It is a collaborative initiative of Northern Mental Health Alliance and ARAFEMI in Victoria.

Caring Together is run by workers and carers of a relative or friend with a mental health issue. They can offer peer support to individuals who are caring for a loved one using mental health services in the Northern area, Darebin and Whittlesea

Information and advice on how to get the help you need

Tuesday - ADEC - Preston - 1-5pm

Wednesday - Northern Hospital - Epping - 4:30-8:30pm
